A Cohort Journey
It's a 3-month commitment focused on defining in depth yourself and your personal aspirations – and bringing your full self into action in the world in a powerful way. Together we look at your life (professional and personal - you have one life) through 9 different lenses to understand what is working for you and what isn't, so that we can decide what to keep, what to abandon, and what to procure. We explore your personal leadership in the world. We will address the fears, even unstated, that are weighing you down and keeping you from transforming your life into gold.
This is a group experience. You will be helped by, and will be helping, others who are on similar yet entirely unique journeys.

Originally, mettle was simply a variant spelling of the word metal (which dates to at least the 13th century), and it was used in all of the same senses as its metallic relative.
